FAQs

What does "Per User" and "Per Seat" mean?

Taking advantage of our Professional or Enterprise plans unlocks per-seat pricing; you only pay for advisors online. Have a team of 50 but only 30 online at once? You’ll only need 30 licences.

What does the set-up fee include?

Our standard setup gives you everything you need to get up and running quickly on the channels you need. Before starting with Gnatta, one of our product success team will call you to go through your requirements and confirm how we will make Gnatta work for you.

What does the number of accounts in a tier mean?

Accounts are the number of addresses or inboxes you can have per channel. For example, with our Premium plan, you could use five different email addresses, five different Twitter handles, and so on across every channel.

The exception to this rule is our Starter plan, designed for small businesses or for getting a taste of Gnatta. With the Starter plan, you’ll only have access to one inbox or address on one channel from the available list. For example, you could have one email address or one Twitter handle, not both.

Can I customise my Gnatta setup?

Absolutely! Gnatta is fully configurable, designed to work with your processes and systems. Through our powerful workflow engine, you can take control over every contact you receive. You can either train so you can make your own changes, or save yourself time by using our configuration team.

Do I get analytics with my product?

Yes, every Gnatta tier includes access to our analytics suite and the information you need to understand and improve your communication.
